Mark really went above and beyond as a buyer's agent. In a time of extremely low inventory (mid-to-late 2020) he did everything he could to find us a house to buy in the neighborhood we wanted. He did a lot of the legwork that I had expected to do myself, for example scheduling all of the inspections on our behalf (with consideration to our schedule). In fact, I ended up unexpectedly out of contact for the first 2 days of our inspection window. I came back to find that after he couldn't reach me he had gone ahead and gotten several no-cost estimates on his own - quite a nice surprise to come back to! He did an excellent job of explaining our way through the entire process, translating the legalese, and walking us through even even the most unlikely risks of owning a home. The best realtor I could have hoped for.
