Eugene & Lane County Homes for Sale
My association with Eugene is a decade long and I cannot now imagine living anywhere else. My reasons are those that I hear so often from others who live here – the amazing sense of community, having nature (whether that be beach, mountain or forest) seemingly on my doorstep, the walkability of the city and the perfect pace of life. I grew up in Wiltshire in rural England, not far from Bath and Stonehenge, and spent many days as a teenager on construction sites with my father who was a contractor. I have had a fascination with homes ever since.
I will genuinely listen to you as you explain your real estate requirements and will work tirelessly on your behalf to find a home that you will love. I feel that my background in research and administration (in London) has given me an advantage that I attempt to put into practice in every transaction.
As someone who moved here from the UK, arriving with just five bags of possessions, I can directly relate to the needs of those who are relocating. I also have strong ties to the community through my involvement as a board member of Toolbox Project, a tool lending library, and Bridgeway House, an organization providing education and support to children with autism and related abilities, as well as their families.
There are many reasons that I chose Hybrid Real Estate as my working home, starting with the support, knowledge and experience of the principal brokers. I also love being downtown where I can meet up with friends and see many a familiar face as I walk around.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing soccer, getting outdoors to enjoy the amazing PNW scenery and spending time with my friends. Another great passion is travel – I have been fortunate enough to travel extensively throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East, and have visited more than thirty states within the US. More than anything, I love to get out and about, to enjoy all that Eugene has to offer and share my enthusiasm for this city with everyone that I meet.

REVIEWS
As a first time home buyer, I really had no idea what I was doing going into this process. Mark Harvey was patient, informative, and incredibly responsive to any and all questions that I had. He really listened to what I wanted and needed and helped me to find the perfect home. He was willing to work with my inflexible work schedule and always did what it took to make sure we had the best possible chances of moving forward with a house. I felt like I had the ultimate teammate fighting for the same goal. He helped me come through what can be a confusing and overwhelming process feeling confident in my purchase and informed about my decisions. I would and do recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Community Matters
At Hybrid Real Estate, giving back is at the heart of everything we do. Community service is one of our core values, and our agents proudly support causes they are passionate about across Oregon. From serving meals at the Eugene Mission and packing food boxes at Food for Lane County, to cleaning parks and rivers, fostering pets, supporting schools, hosting fundraisers, and uplifting the arts — we are committed to making a lasting impact.
Our dedication goes beyond volunteer hours. We purchased Alder House, a nine-unit apartment complex, to provide safe housing for homeless youth ages 16–21 in partnership with Looking Glass Community Services. We’ve championed local nonprofits, contributed to plans for a future Emerald Valley Pickleball Complex, and organized donation drives for pajamas, hygiene kits, and other essentials for children and families in need.
At Hybrid, we believe that when our community thrives, we all thrive — and that is why giving back will always be at the core of who we are.
